My professional experience in business, finance & accounting is extensive. I
began my career as an Accounts Payable Clerk in the early 2000’s and progressed
to Financial Controller level over time, attributed to hard work, study and
dedication. My key strengths lie in the areas of financial accounting, commercial
analysis, reporting packs, budgets, audit work and most finance functions. I have
enjoyed a proven reputation as an efficient, highly motivated and hardworking
individual, with an ability to quickly build strong personal and professional
relationships with both senior and junior staff.

I graduated from Dublin Business School, Ireland, in 2006 with a BA (Hons) in
Accounting & Finance, where I studied part time in an evening course whilst
working full time during the day in an accounts role. I then continued my
professional qualifications with the Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants (ACCA) where I am now a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a
Fellow member. I also completed a Master’s in Professional Accounting with the
University of London in which I completed this course with a distinction.

I have experience in a number of industries including the Airline industry, TV &
Radio/Print & Media, Construction, and Insurance.

I also have experience working in a number of countries that include Ireland,
England and Australia.

I recently relocated from Australia to Houston in May 2021 and I am excited to
add the US to this list and look forward to a new career in Texas.
