Salutations! My name is Austin, thank you for taking the time to get to know more
about me. My passions and skill fall in Management and IT roles. I have over 8 years’
experience in both. Giving detail and delivering what the company culture stands for
is an exciting experience every time. Managing a good team requires the right tools
and technology so making sure my facility and technology is in tip-top shape is a high
priority. I’ve worked as a dedicated IT and my role now consists of troubleshooting
hardware, software and managing server. I am very open and always ready to meet a
new friend. I enjoy a work environment with positive members and operations to
ensure teamwork is not handicaped by unnecessary misunderstandings. Looking for
Management position in a larger company and looking to expand IT role.

King’s Bierhaus- Operations Management
2018-Present
At King’s Bierhaus Group LLC my responsibilities and rolling out projects, staffing,
scheduling, orders, training, and bar. I have opened 3 stores under this franchise and
also one concept restaurant Egghaus. Knowing all operations and being point of
contact for multiple locations.

Top Golf- IT/Management
2016-2018
In the IT department of top golf my primary responsibility was to trouble shoot any
technical problems in the building and install new equipment. Also carried a role in
leadership but team was very small only 3-4 at a time. All applications are Linux based
and have bash experience. Programing and inspecting all the microchips of each ball.
Managing in house server and assigning ip address. Testing and splicing hundreds of ft
of cat5e cable.

HEB- Assistant Service Management
2012-2015
At HEB I was hired at 16 as a CSA(Customer Service Assistant). In this position I bagged
grocery’s, restocked products, and restocked carts. Five months after being hired I
became a Cashier. Now responsible for cash handling, Pos problem solving, upselling
and promotions. On my 18th birthday I entered the starting level in service
management. Responsible for team scheduling, disciplinary action, motivating team,
meeting goals, organizing events, reginal audits, and maintaining facility.
