Born and raised in Los Angeles California, allowed me to be influenced by every culinary delight from every corner
of the world. Surrounded by a cornucopia cultures I was able to sample and experiment with all cuisines.
Spending a career as a business development executive in Washington, DC, allowed me to travel around the world
for business as well as pleasure.
After retiring from the corporate world, I chose to seek a career in my true love, cooking, as well as event
coordination. Highly experienced in personal, professional, corporate and holiday events.
Falling in love with the Greek Islands, I was trained by an Athenian Chef. I took the lessons of the healthy aspect of
Northern Mediterranean cuisines and as a Native Angeleno, added a Californian Flair.
In addition to cuisine, working my way through college in the Beverly Hills design industry, with a focus on dining
rooms of Beverly Hills residence, I have acquired extensive experience in Tabletop Design and presentation, to
make every meal an experience.
