Submit -so we have a back up record of the submission with date and recipient – Our candidates
are valid from one year of submission – If the client passes on the candidate initially -but then circles back in six months
and hires the candidate – we might not be aware of it -but we still earn a fee – I have someone go through the submitted
resumes once a quarter to see where they are working -I then follow up – It just happened about 3 months ago –
we recovered a $7000 fee. It is usually not done on purpose – the client just forgot where the candidate came from
which is why I suggest using the resume stamp when submitting. (attached)
