Good evening,

Please allow me to present Jose Cervantes for the GM position with Kirby’s Icehouse. Jose is currently the GM for Buffalo Wild Wings and has been in that position for 4 years. He started as a Service Manager for the company 10 years ago and has moved up in management since then. He was in the Laredo store before relocating to Houston, but he is working in the Lake Jackson location and lives downtown, so the commute is getting to be a bit much. He is currently running an average of $4 million in annual sales, and oversees all daily operations of the store. He is in charge of scheduling, inventory, labor and food costs, hiring and termination of employees and all vendor and guest relations.

Jose feels that with his experience, that he would be a valuable asset to the Kirby’s team. He is agreeable to a salary of $60-65,000 and is available for an interview at your convenience should his resume meet your needs.

Good Morning Elsie ,

Please allow me to introduce to you Michael Perry for the Customer Service Representative position with Abby’s Catering. Michael is currently the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for Schlumberger and has been with them since 2017. Michael began as a receptionist but proactively asked to be assigned more responsibilities and quickly became an administrative assistant. He performs various duties in his current role which include answering the phone with a smile in his voice, booking flights and hotel accommodations for his managers, arranging conferences and meetings with some catering needs, and making sure he keeps up with all correspondences. He has multiple managers he schedules for and knows the importance of time management.

Michael also has experience in Hotels. While he worked as a Front Desk Agent he handled guests complaints, preformed bookkeeping such as balancing accounts as well as welcoming the guests upon their arrival. He has worked with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. His excellent presentation on the phone as well as his well-rounded experience in a high end customer service environment makes him a great asset to Abby’s Catering.

With various locations and positions becoming eliminated with Schlumberger, Michael is wanting to continue growing and become an asset to an expanding growing company.

He is eager to speak with you, and is available for an interview this week should his resume meet your needs. He is agreeable to a salary of $16-$18/hour.

Have a Great Day.

Hello Chelsea,

Allow me to introduce Michael Arce for the AGM position at the Hg Supply Company in Trophy Club. Currently Michael has been the General Manager for Mi Cocina the past 4 years. This is an upscale restaurant with weekly sales of 110-135K. Prior to that he worked as a Director for Central Market for 4 years. Michael was in charge of all the prepared foods sold at his location. Working for a company like Central Market completely ingrained superior standards of not only service but safety and sanitation. Michael enjoyed both jobs but he is more at home in a restaurant and bar setting. He is looking for a company that will elevate the service he gives to his guests that also has a great culture.
Michael is a go getter that has always produced results through people to achieve targeted sales and costs. He treats the staff members as individuals knowing that people react differently to various methods. He always believes simply to treat people the way he wants to be treated. He seeks a salary of $68-72K.
• Excellent report with the staff. Gains their respect and knows how to motivate each individual
• Superior P&L knowledge. Can input and reconcile entire journal ledger. History of hitting targeted costs
• Excellent kitchen skills. In fact, he really enjoys cooking with the staff
• Knows Aloha and open table
• Excellent in high volume settings
Michael is available to interview all day Tuesdays and Thursdays. He can arrange other days with some notice. I look forward to your feedback

Matthew,

My name is Kimbela Turner. I work with Gary Turner at Hospitality Prosearch. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to help in the search for the Managers position. I would like to present to you the resume of Tim Jolly. He is currently living in Arlington, TX. He has over 21 yrs. experience in the management field.

The most appealing thing on his resume, other than the obvious management background, is the fact he has worked in management for Chick fil A, a total of 10.5 years. He left Chick Fil A, which was doing 5MM annual sales in 2014, to obtain a General Managers position with Zaxby. During his short term there, the franchise was sold.

He took a position with HMS Host as a Multi-Unit Operations Manager, at the Dallas Love Field Airport. Chick Fil A Corporate called and asked him to recover their unit at this location, which was a success. He was instrumental in raising the volume to 6MM annually.

He then became Kitchen Manager of a Chick Fil A who’s annual sales are 8MM. After 6 months, he left for a change of management status and salary. I feel it would be worth your while to speak with him.

Please let me know if you would like to schedule a phone call or face to face interview with him and I will be happy to set it up at your convenience.

Kind Regards,

Kimbela Turner
