Job Title: Assistant Manager – Fort Worth Family-Style Restaurant

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, managing schedules, and ensuring optimal customer service.
Train and mentor team members on service standards, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among staff.
Uphold and enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing initiatives and community outreach to drive business growth.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement.
Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of new employees.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.


Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, customer service, and safety standards.
Proactive problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $45,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Generous bonus structure 12% – 14% of your salary based on performance.
