What we are offering:
- $50,000 to $55,000 Base Salary
- Health insurance
- Great quality of life schedule
- Paid Vacation. Eligible after 6 months. 2 weeks per year and escalates with tenor
What we seek:
- Scratch kitchen experience
- Extensive fresh seafood knowledge
- Previously KM or Sous Chef of a high-volume full-service seafood restaurant
- Superior back of the house skills is a must. Prep, ordering, inventory, safe food handling, kitchen sanitation, and knowledgeable in creating menu items
- Good tenure and at least 3 years of kitchen management experience
- Roll up their sleeves mentality and hard working
- Ability to hire, train, mentor, and build a team.
- Strong with numbers, cost hitting track record, ability to multi-task well
