Restaurant Kitchen Manager for Seafood Restaurant in Dallas, TX!

What we are offering:

  • $50,000 to $55,000 Base Salary

  • Paid Vacation. Eligible after 6 months. 2 weeks per year and escalates with tenor

What we seek:

  • Scratch kitchen experience
  • Extensive fresh seafood knowledge
  • Previously KM or Sous Chef of a high-volume full-service seafood restaurant
  • Superior back of the house skills is a must. Prep, ordering, inventory, safe food handling, kitchen sanitation, and knowledgeable in creating menu items
  • Good tenure and at least 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • Roll up their sleeves mentality and hard working
  • Ability to hire, train, mentor, and build a team.
  • Strong with numbers, cost hitting track record, ability to multi-task well
