Management candidate must have 5 years of experience in a GM role, as well as solid tenure with previous employers.
Full service management experience required, high volume preferred.
Experience in inventories, scheduling, P&L and guest relations is required
Ability to guide employees and train according to company standards is required
Staff development and training will be required as a General Manager
