Job Title: General Manager
Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per year plus aggressive Bonus
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our vibrant entertainment venue, bar, and restaurant in Boise, Idaho. Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the entertainment venue, bar, and restaurant. Monitor key performance indicators, implement operational improvements, and manage resources effectively.
- Customer Service: Maintain an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have memorable experiences and leave satisfied.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and cost control initiatives to achieve financial targets. Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to foster employee growth and career advancement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including health and safety standards, liquor licensing requirements, and employment laws.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase brand awareness, and drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in managing entertainment venues, bars, or restaurants, with a track record of success.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience in managing a diverse workforce.
- Hospitality Focus: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles. Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
