Job Title: General Manager

Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 per year plus aggressive Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our vibrant entertainment venue, bar, and restaurant in Boise, Idaho. As the General Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and oversee all aspects of our operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.   1. Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a culture of excellence.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the entertainment venue, bar, and restaurant. Monitor key performance indicators, implement operational improvements, and manage resources effectively.
  3. Customer Service: Maintain an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have memorable experiences and leave satisfied.
  4. Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth and cost control initiatives to achieve financial targets. Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to foster employee growth and career advancement.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including health and safety standards, liquor licensing requirements, and employment laws.
  7. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase brand awareness, and drive repeat business.


  1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in managing entertainment venues, bars, or restaurants, with a track record of success.
  2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience in managing a diverse workforce.
  3. Hospitality Focus: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to service excellence.
  4. Business Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles. Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
