Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Foster a positive work environment and lead, coach, and mentor team members
Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and achieve goals
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and business partners
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a General Manager role within the restaurant industry
Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is preferred
Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
