- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and consistent food production.

- Collaborate with management team to execute seasonal menus, special promotions, and culinary events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
