An established seafood concept in the Waco area is looking for a Kitchen Manager. Our philosophy is to serve 4-star meals in a casual dining atmosphere. Up to $55k depending on experience! Great opportunity to grow!
Must have knowledge of:
- Fresh fish preparation, from breakdown to presentation
- Scratch cooking
- Menu and special development
- Costing
- This position requires a 5-day work week with 40-46 hours.
