We are seeking a Front-of-the-House Manager for an Upscale Restaurant in Dallas, TX. 55-65K Starting Salary, plus Benefits and Bonus Potential!
The Manager will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience -as well as managing employees, product & finances
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH activities
- Oversee guest services
- Train, lead and manage team
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Control P&L
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Hands on
- High Volume-Upscale environment
