Well established,high volume restaurant is seeking a Senior Manager
Management candidate must have extensive wine knowledge
Experience in fine dining preferred
Management candidate must have high volume experience ($6 million plus)
Management candidate will be responsible for guest relations, FOH scheduling and staffing, and inventories
Management candidate will report directly to the GM
Experience in seafood preferred
Extensive wine knowledge is preferred
Management candidate will report directly to the General Manager
Management candidate will be responsible for Front of House Operations
Must have a positive attitude, and must have eagerness to learn
