Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and online presence across various platforms.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including captivating written posts, eye-catching images, and compelling videos, that align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to drive innovation and creativity.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive customer interactions and brand loyalty.
  • Capture high-quality photos of our various brands for social media use, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity.
  • Be willing to work occasional night and weekend hours to cover live events and engage with our online community during peak times.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that have resulted in increased brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise content tailored for different platforms.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation/editing software.
  • Ability to capture high-quality photos of products and brands for social media use.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and an ability to adapt to different brand identities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
